Pub 1056

Pub 1056, RCGC's acclaimed full-service restaurant is open to the public seven days a week (with a limited sandwich menu on Sundays) throughout the golfing season and features dinners Friday and Saturday evenings.

Pub 1056 is bullish on New York and strives to use as many products as possible from our great state. The Pub's wine list is all NYS. Much of the produce used in the Pub comes from either its own organic garden or from local growers. The Pub strives to set its food apart from the everyday corporation-style food - far too popular now - by baking its own bread, curing its own pickles and sauerkraut, smoking its own fish and meats, as well as growing its own herbs and vegetables. Pub 1056 is a true artisan's kitchen.

Pub 1056 has three wonderful dining spaces. The quaint and casual converted farm house has seating for up to 55 people. The expansive deck, which overlooks the magnificent 9th fairway and green can seat 75. And, for larger parties, Pub 1056 has a party tent that can accommodate groups of up to 200.

The Pub gladly does non-golfing parties for all occasions as well as great golfing outings for groups of any size.
